Located on the Place de la Vieille Halle aux Blés , in the heart of Brussels, La Brasserie de Bruxelles is part of a long gastronomic tradition. Created more than twenty years ago by the former owners of the legendary restaurant Les Armes de Bruxelles , it quickly won the hearts of Brussels residents and visitors alike. This iconic address has always aimed to showcase the best of Brussels cuisine, in a friendly and authentic setting.

Did you know that the Old Corn Exchange was for a long time the center of the grain trade in Brussels? It was this historical connection that inspired the name of the square, and it is also this unique setting that now houses our brewery.

Recently taken over, La Brasserie de Bruxelles is experiencing a new lease of life. While respecting its culinary heritage, the team is bringing a breath of fresh air: a warm welcome, elegant decor, and a gourmet menu redesigned to appeal to both regulars and curious visitors.
